Turkish bath (hammam) is a hydrotherapy treatment with hot steam, which miraculously affects both the mental and physical condition of each person.

Microclimate
The main distinguishing feature of the Turkish bath is the highest humidity. The temperature in such conditions is felt much stronger than in a dry space. Therefore, in hamam it is maintained in the range of 45-60 ° C.
Such a microclimate is useful and pleasant for a person, and at the same time does not have a dangerous stress effect on the body.
The temperature in the hamam is maintained by heating systems built into the floor, walls and benches. Humidity creates a special device - a steam generator. The latter is located outside the bath and passes the produced steam through the pipes inside the steam room.

Interior
Natural stone, mosaic and ceramics - materials that are commonly used in the design of hammams.
Thick slabs of natural stones are traditionally used to create shops, on which visitors to the hamam sit or sit. They smoothly and evenly transfer heat, being an intermediary between the human body and the heating system under them.
Mosaic and ceramic tiles are used to decorate the rest of the modern oriental steam surfaces.
The Turkish bath has an unusual interior.

In hamam often come just to stay in silence, warm up and relax, but if you wish, you can go through a traditional Turkish ritual.
Traditional Hammam Ritual:

1 - Warming up the body
Entering the bath, the visitor must get used to the new atmosphere: adjust his breathing and warm up the body.

2 - Pilling
When the body is steamed, it is the turn of peeling with a special mitten (kese) with a rough surface made of coconut fiber or natural wool. During this procedure, the skin gently removes dirt and old cells, pores open and blood circulation improves.

3 - Foam massage
Olive soap is whipped in a cotton sack and a soapy massage is obtained with a thick foam. During this stage, all slags removed during peeling are washed off, tension in muscles and joints is relieved.

4 - Rest
The final stage is rest, during which you can drink a cup of tea or coffee, while the body cools down to the usual temperature.

The benefits of visiting hamam:

1. Good health
The body is cleared of toxins, strengthens the immune system. Removed the load from the liver and kidneys. Improves the performance of all body systems, especially the cardiovascular, digestive and musculoskeletal system. Normalized pressure.

2. Good mood
