- Arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your appointment to allow for check-in and preparation.

 

- In the event of a rescheduling request or delay, your treatment time may be adjusted or canceled.

- Online bookings are deemed valid and officially confirmed by our team. Payments are processed at the time of booking, with a confirmation email sent upon successful reservation.

- For in-person transactions, we accept cash, card, and room charge payments for hotel residents.

Complimentary parking for up to 3 hours is available as follows:

North area:

- Ramla, Labranda, and Sunny Coast: Available parking around the hotel complex, subject to availability.

Cancellations

Please provide 12-24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost.
 

Children

- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

- To ensure a serene environment, we kindly request that children refrain from disruptive behavior within the spa facilities and treatment rooms.

- Minimum Age: Access to heated facilities such as the sauna, steam room, or hammam is restricted to guests aged 16 and older.

​

- Heated Facilities: Limit your use of heated facilities to sets of 15-20 minutes max to reduce potential health risks. Stay hydrated and pay attention to your

body’s signals.

- Respectful Conduct: Maintain a respectful and quiet demeanor to foster a relaxing atmosphere for all guests.

​

Dress Code & Hygiene
​

- Complimentary Spa Kit: Robes, slippers, and towels are provided. Additional fresh, dry, and clean spa kits are available for an extra charge of 5 EUR.

- We recommend taking a warm shower before your treatment to relax your muscles and prepare your skin.

​

- Appropriate swimwear is required in the hammam, steam room, and sauna at all times.

​

Food & drinks

​

- For your comfort, avoid heavy meals before treatments and remain hydrated with water or light beverages.

​

- Food and drinks are not permitted within the spa facilities.

​

- A selection of healthy, revitalizing dishes is available at our designated dining outlets within the hotel complex, at an additional cost.

Health & Safety
​

- Health Conditions: Notify us of any health conditions, allergies, or pregnancy to tailor your experience accordingly.

​

- Personal Belongings: Use the provided lockers for your personal belongings. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

​

- Safety: In emergencies, follow the designated escape routes.

​

Noise & Mobile Phones​

 

- Maintain a peaceful environment by minimizing noise and refraining from using mobile phones within the spa facilities and treatment rooms.
 

Rest & relaxatation

 

- ​After your treatment, take time to rest and enjoy a glass of prosecco, tea, or water, or a refreshing fruit platter. Unwind at your own pace.

 

Smoking

- Smoking is prohibited within the spa premises and associated areas. A designated smoking area is available outside.
 

Sun Exposure
 

- Pre-Treatment: Inform us if you have sunburn before your massage treatment.

​

- Post-Treatment: Avoid direct sunlight after treatments, particularly following body exfoliation. Wait at least 12 hours before sunbathing.

Treatments

​

- Communicate any preferences or adjustments regarding massage pressure or other aspects of your treatment directly to your therapist or beautician during the session. Feedback after the treatment may not be as effective.
