summer is in the air…



It really feels like summer is in the air and while we feel high on a big dose of vitamin D, for most of us this brings us to the big question…. Am I prepared to start baring it out?


So, if you are one of those few who have been preening and pampering all winter you'll have nothing to worry about, if on the other hand, smooth skin, hair-free legs and a sun-kissed shimmer were the last things on your mind during the cold winter months here are some basic guide lines you can follow for a smoother transaction into the summer season.


Hair


Book yourself for a trim, make sure it's free from split ends and looks healthy and full of vitality, buy a good moisturising shampoo and invest in a leave-in conditioner and apply this to your hair each morning - paying attention to the ends - and top up throughout the day, especially after swimming.


Body


Get rid of that body hair before you prepare to step into that bikini. Smooth legs and bikini line are a must.


Exfoliate your body. After a season of warm clothes and wintry weather this is a must.
